VALERIE FORD
Valerie is the founder and CEO of Rieme HR Consulting, LLC. She’s a strategic HR Executive with over 17 years of experience in developing and executing HR programs for various businesses. What truly drives her passion is witnessing the transformation that occurs when a business flourishes by achieving sustainable growth and excellence. She has an unwavering dedication to helping organizations thrive through people-centric strategies and HR solutions. Over the years, Valerie has become a trusted HR Advisor to countless businesses, helping them navigate the complex landscape of Human Resources Management. Valerie’s journey in HR is a testament to the power of passion, expertise, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the world of HR and business.
Valerie has held numerous senior level HR positions within various industries including, non-profit, healthcare, finance, telecommunications, broadcasting, biotech, and various clients within the PEO industry. Most recently as Vice President of Human Resources, she oversaw all aspects of the Human Resources Function, including strategic HR planning, organizational development, recruitment, talent strategy, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
She is adept at building positive relationships and cultivating a culture of open communication and mutual respect with employees at all levels of the organization. She’s knowledgeable of employment legislation ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Title VII laws, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and EEO guidelines.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University. She’s a certified Predictive Index Analyst, and some of her professional affiliations and community involvement are with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the local chapter Palm Beach County SHRM.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, which is driven to give back to the community and inspire young girls to seek higher education and be a beacon of light to others. In her free time, she enjoys traveling across the country, arts & crafts, painting, and spending time with family.
